R.S. Wilms Consultancy anno 2023

I am Rolf Wilms, an independent Senior Safety Engineer with a proactive leadership style. After several years working as a chemical engineer in research and development, I decided to change direction. I moved from research and development to a support role in occupational safety. I further deepened my QSHE knowledge by successfully completing my HVK training, after which I started my own consultancy in 2023.

My analytical approach results in effective QSHE policies for your organisation. My services include risk inventories, inspections, incident investigations and ergonomic advice for your employees. As a team player, I am able to work independently when required.

My knowledge of English and Dutch enhances my communication skills, which are essential for the successful implementation of safety measures in different working environments.
